Boot Camp Schedule
Welcome to the Town Center Wellness Group Exercise Program (Boot Camp).
You will get the most out of your membership if you are consistent with your schedule. Dr. Osborne recommends three days a week to full maximize your potential for health improvement and to maximize your need for rest.
The current boot camp schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:00 and at 6:00 pm.
If you are unsure about this type of exercise, join us for free every Saturday in May at 1:00 pm. Same location. Just RSVP at 281-240-2229.
